Not at all. May be "Diplomacy is continuation of war through other means" is (progressive). But then what I wrote about "Diplomacy and frankness."
War is war. Humans will always war. War is survival by any means.
This attitude may be progressive depending on the person or the world itself. IF the person or the world would continue war as it is going now, then I can say it's progressive. However, if the world/person would try to find solutions to all the problem, then progress is futile.
